Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Nursing oversight
- Staff supervision
- Decision-making
- Ensuring safe, compliant, high-quality resident care
- Serving as the point person for staff support, clinical issues, and urgent situations
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse License
- Bachelor of Science degree in nursing or equivalent experience
- Deliver and maintain optimum resident care and comfort by demonstrating knowledge and skills of current nursing practices
- Communicate and document effectively with nurses, physicians, therapists, and families regarding resident care
- Assure that effective quality nursing care is delivered, which is outcome-focused through the utilization of the nursing process
