Registered Nurse (RN) Resident, September 2026, Emergency Department

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document patient data, prioritize needs, interpret diagnostic results, and perform nursing assessments with critical thinking under RN supervision.
• Develop and update patient care plans, involving patients and families, and make referrals to support services as needed.
• Administer treatments, provide patient education, and act as an advocate while following established standards and policies.
• Record patient care accurately, recognize and respond to clinical problems, delegate tasks, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Complete clinical skills training, adhere to organizational policies, and perform assigned duties, including staffing adjustments and safety monitoring.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate degree in Nursing; Bachelor's preferred.
• Current RN license or provisional license with NCLEX scheduled.
• No prior experience required; candidates with over 12 months are ineligible.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and adherence to ethical standards.
