About the Role

This position supports nursing care delivery within a clinical setting, focusing on completing all required training, clinical competencies, and professional development activities. The role involves assisting in patient assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and performing treatments under supervision. It emphasizes adherence to organizational policies, patient safety, confidentiality, infection control, and ethical standards. The nurse collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, documents care accurately, and participates in quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and interpret patient data, prioritize needs, and identify referral requirements.
  • Develop patient-centered care plans involving patients and families.
  • Administer treatments, explain procedures, and provide discharge education.
  • Monitor patient progress, document care, and respond to emergencies.
  • Delegate tasks appropriately, participate in quality initiatives, and ensure safe working conditions.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • No prior experience required; candidates with over 12 months of experience are ineligible.
  • Current RN license in a recognized state; provisional licensure may be accepted.

Skills

About the Role
