Registered Nurse (RN) - Recovery Room (PACU) - Days

About the Role

This nursing position involves providing patient-centered, evidence-based care through the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The nurse will collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, ensure accurate documentation, and promote a respectful, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Support performance improvement initiatives
• Mentor colleagues and advocate for best practices through research and data analysis
• Engage in proactive care planning across the continuum
• Develop protocols and manage resources to optimize patient outcomes

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Valid RN license (single or multi-state)
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (or provisional/instructor as applicable)
• Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience
