About the role

Registered Nurse providing comprehensive, patient-centered care in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practices.
• Deliver relationship-based, culturally sensitive care tailored to patient populations.
• Partner with patients and families through effective communication, education, and shared decision-making.
• Ensure safe, quality care through interdisciplinary collaboration, timely documentation, and support of performance improvement initiatives.
• Practice according to clinical standards, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor to promote professional development and a healthy work environment.
• Participate in evidence-based practice, research, and protocol development to improve patient outcomes.
• Proactively plan patient care across the continuum and utilize resources efficiently.

Requirements

• Diploma or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience.
• Valid RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications as required.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and professional development skills.

Schedule

Day shifts on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM.
