Registered Nurse (RN) - Recovery Room - FT Days

Role: Registered Nurse providing comprehensive patient-centered care in a hospital setting. Responsibilities Performing the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practices.Delivering relationship-based, culturally sensitive care tailored to patient populations.Partnering with patients and families through effective communication, education, and shared decision-making.Ensuring safe, quality care through interdisciplinary collaboration, timely documentation, and supporting performance improvement initiatives.Practicing according to clinical standards, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements.Serving as a preceptor or mentor to promote professional development and a healthy work environment.Participating in evidence-based practice, research, and protocol development to improve patient outcomes.Proactively planning patient care across the continuum and utilizing resources efficiently. Qualifications & Skills Diploma or BSN from an accredited nursing program.Minimum 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience.Valid RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications as required.Strong critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and professional development skills. Additional Details: Work involves day shifts on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8AM to 8:30PM. The role offers sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible candidates.
