Role Overview

This nursing position involves delivering compassionate, patient-centered care by performing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, cultural competence, and collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing relationship-based, individualized care tailored to patient demographics and cultural diversity.
• Ensuring safe, quality care through effective communication, documentation, and teamwork.
• Participating in performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practice activities.
• Serving as a preceptor or mentor to foster workforce development.
• Supporting protocol development, resource management, and patient care planning across the continuum.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Valid nursing license (single-state or multi-state compact) and all required certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS).
• Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
