Registered Nurse - Recovery Room - Part-Time - Days

Role Overview: Provides clinical leadership and direct patient care in an acute inpatient setting, emphasizing patient/family-centered care, safety, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards. Demonstrates clinical competency across all nursing processes, utilizing evidence-based practices, safety protocols, and cost-effective measures. Develops, updates, and communicates individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team, ensuring smooth transitions and discharge planning. Responsibilities: Conducts assessments, prioritizes care, delegates tasks, monitors care quality, evaluates outcomes, and implements improvements. Educates patients and families, advocates for their needs, and maintains documentation accuracy. Ensures adherence to policies, safety standards, and professional standards.Qualifications: Associate degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), RN license, and at least one year of nursing experience or equivalent residency/training. LPN experience or nursing diploma with licensure may substitute.Skills & Abilities: Strong clinical knowledge, communication, teamwork, and adherence to regulatory and safety standards. Maintains professional licensure and ongoing competency.
