Registered Nurse (RN) - Rapid Response Team - Full Time

About the Role

The RRT Nurse is a registered nurse responsible for coordinating rapid response assessments, prioritizing interventions, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. They respond to RRT calls, manage patient crises, document care, and develop clinical guidelines. The nurse monitors data trends, analyzes opportunities for improvement, and implements quality initiatives. They educate patients, families, and staff, serving as a professional role model and mentor. The role involves collaborating with medical teams, supporting performance improvement, and promoting evidence-based practice within ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred)
• Current RN license
• ACLS and BLS certifications (required)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a critical care setting
