Registered Nurse (RN) - Rapid Response Team - Part-Time

About the role

The Rapid Response Team (RRT) Nurse is a registered nurse responsible for coordinating rapid response assessments, prioritizing interventions, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes during clinical crises.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and coordinate care during RRT events
• Assess and manage patient crises
• Communicate with multidisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and staff on rapid response protocols
• Document interventions and patient outcomes
• Collect and analyze RRT data for quality improvement initiatives
• Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes post-intervention
• Develop and update clinical guidelines
• Serve as a professional role model and mentor to nursing staff
• Uphold ethical nursing practices and adhere to Georgia RN regulations

Requirements

• Active RN licensure
• ACLS and BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of critical care experience
• Strong communication, multitasking, and stress management skills
• Proficiency in computer and interpersonal skills
