Registered Nurse (RN) - PRN, Day

About the Role

Provide direct and indirect nursing care to employees at client sites, working independently within established policies and medical directives. Support clinic operations, maintain supplies, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This is a non-management role reporting to a supervisor, with a focus on promoting health and safety in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Triage and treat injured or exposed employees
• Perform health assessments and administer first aid
• Coordinate with medical providers and conduct occupational testing
• Support substance abuse programs and maintain accurate records
• Participate in wellness and safety initiatives
• Assist with clinical duties across multiple locations
• Ensure compliance with occupational health regulations

Requirements

• Associate degree in Nursing
• At least 2-3 years of nursing or occupational medicine experience
• Current RN license
• CPR/BLS certification
• Knowledge of workers' compensation and case management (advantageous)
• Preferred occupational health certification
