Registered Nurse (RN) - Private Duty Nursing

Role: Registered Nurse providing in-home care for Pediatric and/or Adult patients. Responsibilities Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on individual needs.Develop and modify care plans in coordination with prescribers as patient conditions change.Administer medications and treatments, monitor effectiveness, and document responses.Respond to patient condition changes, reporting to physicians or supervisors as needed.Identify opportunities for patient education, care coordination, and discharge planning. Qualifications & Skills Current RN license for the practicing state.Valid health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS certification.Preferably, at least one year of RN experience. Key Duties: Providing direct patient care, managing treatment plans, medication administration, responding to health changes, and ensuring quality care delivery in a home setting.
