Registered Nurse - Private Duty Nursing

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home care for pediatric and/or adult patients. Responsibilities Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.Develop and update care plans based on patient needs and physician directives.Perform therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions.Respond to changes in patient condition, report to physicians or supervisors.Administer medications and treatments, monitor effectiveness, and document care.Review care plans and identify educational, care coordination, and discharge planning needs. Qualifications & Skills Current RN license for the practicing state.Valid health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS certification.Preferably, at least one year of RN experience.
