About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home care for pediatric and/or adult patients.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Develop and update care plans based on patient needs and physician directives.
- Perform therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions.
- Respond to changes in patient condition and report to physicians or supervisors.
- Administer medications and treatments, monitor effectiveness, and document care.
- Review care plans and identify educational, care coordination, and discharge planning needs.
Qualifications
- Current RN license for the practicing state.
- Valid health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS certification.
- At least one year of RN experience.
