About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide home-based care for pediatric and adult patients, utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care.
Responsibilities
- Initiate and revise care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Respond to patient condition changes
- Provide healthcare education, care coordination, and discharge planning
Requirements
- Active RN license
- Current health certificate
- PPD or Chest X-ray
- BLS certification
Qualifications
- At least one year of RN experience (preferred)
