About the role
Registered Nurse (RN) providing 1-on-1 skilled nursing care in patients' homes, supporting pediatric and adult populations.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Deliver skilled nursing services according to prescribed orders.
- Monitor signs and symptoms to identify physiologic and psychosocial changes.
- Collect, analyze, and document patient data and nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure in the practicing state.
- Valid TB test or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
- One year of professional nursing experience preferred.
