About the Role

Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) position in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), working night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, goal-oriented nursing care using the nursing process and primary nursing principles.
• Collect and analyze patient data, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with families to ensure a safe environment and integrate research into practice.
• Serve as a professional and peer resource, maintaining current knowledge and skills.
• Promote safety, effectiveness, and cost-efficiency in care delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• Valid nursing license for Tennessee.
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred.
