Registered Nurse - PICU - Nights

Role Overview: This position is for experienced Registered Nurses with a minimum of 18 months of recent inpatient experience in PICU. The RN provides professional nursing care in accordance with state regulations and hospital policies, utilizing critical thinking to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care. Responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, recognizing changes, delegating tasks, and functioning as a team member to achieve unit goals. Qualifications & Skills: Current Illinois nursing license, BLS and PALS certifications required; BSN preferred. Must have recent inpatient PICU experience. Key Duties: Assess patient conditions, record observations, plan and deliver care, and collaborate with healthcare team members. Duties may vary by unit and shift.
