Registered Nurse - PICU - Nights

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional nursing care in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), adhering to state and hospital policies. Key Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, and plan and evaluate care using critical thinking skills.Monitor patient progress and document observations accurately.Delegate appropriate tasks to team members and collaborate to meet unit goals.Operate within the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act and hospital guidelines. Qualifications & Skills: Current IL RN license required.Minimum of 18 months recent inpatient PICU experience.BSN preferred.Certifications: BLS and PALS through AHA.
