Registered Nurse - PICU - Nights

Role Overview: This position involves providing professional nursing care in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), ensuring compliance with state laws and hospital policies. The RN assesses patient conditions, recognizes changes, plans and evaluates care, monitors progress, and documents observations. Delegating appropriate tasks and functioning as a team member are essential responsibilities. Qualifications & Skills: Current Illinois RN licensure requiredBSN degree preferredBLS and PALS certifications through AHAMinimum of 18 months recent inpatient PICU experience Key Duties: Deliver high-quality patient care, employ critical thinking, recognize patient status changes, and collaborate with team members to meet unit goals.
