Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatric Trach & Vent Client | Home Health

About the role

Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients requiring tracheostomy and ventilator support during morning shifts at the Westside Cuyahoga facility.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as per physician’s orders
• Monitor patient’s vital signs and report any changes
• Assist with feeding and hygiene needs
• Document all patient interactions and observations accurately

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Current RN license in good standing
• Experience in pediatric care preferred

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills for documentation
