Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health

About the role

A Registered Nurse (RN) in Home Health at Vivie provides compassionate and personalized skilled nursing care to clients in their homes. The role involves direct client care, education, supervision, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care, initiating preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
• Maintain accurate client records and billing, documenting all services using Vivie’s EMR system.
• Educate, supervise, and counsel clients and caregivers on care needs and support them in managing health challenges.
• Complete and document supervisory visits with LPNs and HHAs in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality care, organizing, developing, and directing skilled nursing services.
• Communicate effectively and collaboratively with clients, families, physicians, referral sources, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in team meetings, special projects, or assist in other areas of the organization to ensure client needs are met efficiently.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota.
• CPR required within 6 months of hire.
• Valid driver's license and access to an insured personal vehicle.
• Ability to pass state mandated background check.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently to communicate with clients, families, and team members.
• Physical capability to perform job duties, including driving to client locations and providing hands-on care.

Qualifications

• Experience in home health care or related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations relevant to home health care.

Hourly, non-exempt (eligible for overtime)

Schedule

Full-time | 80 hours/pay period | Thursday-Monday
