Registered Nurse (RN) PACU SurgiCenter Part-time

Part-time, bi-weekly schedule of 60 hours: one week of (4) eight-hour shifts and a second week of (3) eight-hour shifts plus (1) four-hour shift. Shift times vary from 0600–1400 for eight-hour shifts and 1000–1400 for the four-hour shift. No weekends, no holidays, no call.

About the role

We are looking for an energetic PACU Registered Nurse to join our fast-paced Surgery Center team, focused on providing excellent clinical outcomes through caring service to our patients and their families. The selected candidate will rotate through all perioperative areas—admissions, Phase 1 and Phase 2 recovery—and care for both inpatients and outpatients in need of surgical services.

Requirements

• BSN preferred or commitment to obtain BSN within three years of hire (candidates with relevant experience may be considered)
• Minimum of two years’ experience in Critical Care, Emergency, or Step-down units
• PACU experience preferred
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• PALS certification required (must obtain within six months of hire)
• CCRN, CPAN, or CAPA certification preferred

Pay

Hourly pay range: $41.28 – $66.05. The actual salary offered within this range will depend on individual factors including skills, relevant experience, and qualifications.
