Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Post Anesthesia Care (PACU).
Responsibilities
- Provide direct, high-quality clinical care to patients, including assessment, planning, and implementation of care.
- Supervise staff, ensure compliance with safety, risk management, infection control, and quality standards.
- Coordinate patient care within medical regimes and support emergency response protocols as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Current licensure and CPR certification required.
- Preferred candidates will have a bachelor's or master's degree in nursing.
- Strong clinical skills, safety awareness, and ability to work in a team environment are essential.
Key Duties
- Ensure safe, cost-effective nursing care, support high standards of practice, and contribute to emergency preparedness.
- Maintain knowledge of hospital policies, including emergency codes, and perform related duties to support patient and organizational needs.
