Registered Nurse (RN) - PACU

About the Role

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct clinical patient care on a shift basis, including assessing, planning, and implementing care for assigned patients. They supervise staff, ensuring high-quality, safe, and cost-effective nursing services while supporting the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care according to established standards.
• Manage resources and ensure safety, risk management, quality improvement, and infection control.
• Perform Hospital Incident Command System (HICS) duties during emergencies.
• Know and follow hospital codes and protocols.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Licensed or certified to practice in the state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and emergency response skills.
