About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) to provide direct and indirect patient care, including assessments, pain management, medication administration, and assisting physicians with procedures. The role involves effective communication within the healthcare team and ensuring patient safety while delivering compassionate care to patients of all ages.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and treatments
- Manage pain and administer medications
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status
- Assist physicians with procedures
- Maintain effective communication within the healthcare team
- Ensure patient safety and deliver compassionate care
Requirements
- Current RN license
- Degree from an accredited nursing program
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications
- At least one year of experience as an RN
- Adherence to licensure scope and commitment to high-quality patient care
