Registered Nurse (RN) - Outpatient Burn - PRN Days

Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse is a key member of the interdisciplinary care team, providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care in an outpatient burn setting. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes using evidence-based practices.Partner with patients and families through effective communication and culturally sensitive care delivery.Coordinate and document safe, efficient care while promoting teamwork, collaboration, and a respectful environment.Support performance improvement initiatives, participate in research, and promote evidence-based nursing practices.Mentor and serve as a preceptor to foster a skilled future workforce.Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and professional ethics.Plan proactively for patient care across the continuum and contribute to protocol development to enhance outcomes. Qualifications & Skills: Active RN license and a minimum of 10 years of current direct patient care experience.Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and communication skills.Commitment to professional development, research, and evidence-based practice.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and support organizational goals.
