Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per standards; prepare equipment for procedures.
• Monitor, record, and report patient conditions and responses to treatments.
• Coordinate patient care activities and manage appointment scheduling, prioritizing urgent cases.
• Greet patients, conduct assessments, obtain health histories, and instruct on sample collection.
• Respond to patient inquiries, educate on health, medications, and wellness topics.
• Maintain exam rooms, ensure cleanliness, and label lab specimens according to protocols.
