Responsibilities
- Administers medications and treatments following nursing standards.
- Prepares equipment and assists providers during procedures and examinations.
- Monitors, records, and reports patient conditions and reactions.
- Coordinates patient care activities and manages appointment flow, prioritizing emergencies.
- Gathers patient history, takes vital signs, and conducts assessments.
- Educates patients and families on health, medications, and wellness.
- Maintains exam rooms, lab specimens, and ensures cleanliness and proper labeling.
- Responds promptly to patient inquiries and collaborates with healthcare team members.
Qualifications & Skills
- Active RN license in the state of practice.
- Effective communication, visual acuity, and ability to work in a team environment.
