Registered Nurse (RN) - Orthopedics

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Orthopedics to provide direct clinical patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and deliver personalized care to patients, including developing and modifying care plans based on patient needs.
• Supervise staff and ensure delivery of high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary patient care and document all nursing activities accurately.
• Perform specialty-specific procedures and support clinical team operations.
• Ensure compliance with certification requirements such as BLS, ACLS, CPI, PALS, and NRP, with some certifications needed within specified timeframes.
• Deliver nursing interventions, develop care plans, document patient information, and support resource management at the unit level.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school
• Current state licensure
• Preferred degrees such as Bachelor's or Master's in Nursing
