Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room

About the role

You will deliver high-quality patient care as part of a collaborative healthcare team, applying independent judgment, communicating effectively, and working closely with physicians, support services, and other team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide nursing care for a group of patients and their families.
• Establish and maintain relationships with physicians and healthcare providers.
• Delegate, assess, and evaluate patient care activities.
• Monitor patient progress and prepare patients for discharge.
• Participate in shared decision-making and report to senior management.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in Michigan.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
