This role involves providing direct clinical patient care and assessing, planning, and implementing care for assigned patients on a per-shift and unit basis. It includes supervising staff members to whom care is delegated and ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing services. The role supports the Chief Nursing Officer in maintaining staff competency and resource management.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school
• Current licensure or certification to practice nursing
• CPR certification

Preferred: Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing
