This position is responsible for delivering quality patient care within a collaborative healthcare team. The role involves leadership, partnership, teaching, and supervision within a comprehensive hospital setting offering diverse specialties and outpatient services.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide patient care activities, utilizing independent judgment and effective communication.
• Establish and maintain relationships with physicians and healthcare providers.
• Delegate, assess, and monitor patient progress, and prepare patients for discharge.
• Supervise and collaborate with team members to ensure satisfactory nursing care.
• Participate in shared decision-making and report to senior management.

Requirements

• Graduate from a school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
