About the role

This role involves providing direct clinical patient care and assumes responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing care for assigned patients on a shift basis and at the unit level. It includes supervising staff members to whom care is delegated, ensuring high-quality, safe nursing practices, and managing clinical staff competency and resources related to patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as required by law
• CPR certification
