Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room - $34+ per hour

About the role

Responsible for providing direct clinical care in the Operating Room as a registered nurse, including assessing, planning, and implementing patient care on a shift basis. Supervises staff, ensures high-quality, safe nursing practices, and manages resources effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates patient care utilizing a multidisciplinary approach.
• Develops and updates care plans for new admissions.
• Delivers nursing interventions aligned with medical plans.
• Performs specialty-specific procedures.
• Documents patient care accurately and thoroughly.
• Supports quality, safety, and competency standards under the supervision of the CNO.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current RN licensure.
• Certification in BLS required; ACLS, PALS, CPI, NRP as specified, within designated timeframes.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in nursing.
• Ability to perform procedures, document care, and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Commitment to maintaining certifications and delivering safe, high-quality patient care.
