Registered Nurse (RN) Oncology Residency Program Full Time Night

Job Overview

The Trinitas Oncology Unit, provides a wide variety of Medical Surgical and diagnostic services to a diverse population with cancer. The unit offers 23 beds. The RWJBarnabas Health New Graduate RN Residency Program is a one-year program that provides new graduate RN's with a safe, caring, supportive and robust learning environment. Our goal is to allow new graduate nurses the opportunity to gain additional clinical competencies to achieve a stress-free transition from student to professional practice. Highlights of our program include:

Scheduling Requirements

Full Time
Night Shift
7p-7:30a
Every other weekend and holiday rotation

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN License or pending RN license (with completed NCLEX exam) required
• New Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program with less than 6 months of RN experience is required
• ASN or BSN required
• AHA BLS prior to start date required
• Career interest in Cardiac Care and/or Telemetry specialties is highly preferred
