About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our patient care team, responsible for delivering quality nursing care, supervising and delegating activities, and collaborating with physicians and support staff in a dedicated healthcare environment focused on pediatric and adolescent patient care, with advanced diagnostic technology and specialized services.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient progress and prepare patients for discharge
• Participate in shared decision-making with senior management
• Apply independent judgment in nursing care
• Establish collaborative relationships with healthcare team members
• Demonstrate leadership, teaching, and supervision skills

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current RN license in Michigan
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• BSN degree preferred
