Registered Nurse (RN) / Nurse Extern II - Seasonal/Graduate

About the role

This position involves supporting nursing teams within a healthcare facility, focusing on patient care and unit assistance. The role is suited for recent nursing graduates transitioning from student to registered nurse, with opportunities to begin as a Nurse Extern II during final semester and move into an RN role post-licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient care activities under supervision.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care.
• Participate in unit operations and support daily clinical functions.
• Prepare for and obtain RN licensure to fully assume nursing duties.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Healthcare experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Schedule

Full-time and part-time night shifts available.

Pay

Competitive pay based on experience, with sign-on bonuses up to $10,000.
