Seasonal Registered Nurse (RN)

Role: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive patient care in a modern endoscopy setting, utilizing the nursing process, evidence-based practices, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with a focus on safety, comfort, and quality.Collaborate closely with physicians, anesthesia, and healthcare teams to develop and revise individualized care plans.Perform physical, social, and psychological assessments, and coordinate care delivery.Delegate and direct care activities, ensuring adherence to guidelines and professional standards.Participate in ongoing learning, professional growth, and uphold legal and ethical standards.Respond promptly to emergent cases during nights, weekends, and holidays within a 30-minute response time. Qualifications & Skills Current RN license in the practice state; BSN required by specified date.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Strong communication, manual dexterity, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to operate monitors, assess patient needs, and manipulate delicate equipment accurately. Key Duties: Provide patient-centered care, document accurately, manage time and resources efficiently, and contribute to a collaborative team environment in a specialty endoscopy unit.
