Registered Nurse - Seasonal - RN

Role Overview Seeking Seasonal Inpatient Registered Nurses (RNs) for a flexible, rewarding opportunity during the winter season. Nurses will provide exceptional patient care across diverse acute care settings, including Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Units, Progressive Care Units, and Flexible Care Areas. Key Responsibilities Coordinate nursing care, including direct patient care, education, and care transitions.Support professional nursing practices and participate in quality improvement efforts.Delegate patient care based on skill, experience, and patient acuity.Mentor and communicate effectively with team members and patients.Complete comprehensive orientation, including Mayo Clinic's Foundations of Critical Care Nursing (FCCN) program. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate nursing program or relevant RN experience.Minimum 12 months RN experience in acute care, with Telemetry or ICU experience required.Current RN license and BLS certification; ACLS preferred.Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.Experience with electronic medical records and supporting diverse patient populations. Additional Details Part-time, 12-hour day shifts, with a minimum of two shifts per week.Position runs from November to April; eligible for future seasonal roles or permanent positions.This role is eligible for TN sponsorship and supports professional growth within a collaborative environment.
