Graduate Nurse - Seasonal

Role: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members. Responsibilities: Coordinates patient care across departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and performs duties aligned with organizational standards and values. Qualifications: Current RN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program (2026/2027).Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association. Key Duties: Supports a smooth transition from student to licensed nurse through orientation and peer discussions, contributing to compassionate and high-quality patient care.
