Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, patient-centered care as part of an interdisciplinary team, following evidence-based practices and professional standards. Responsibilities Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—adapting care to individual patient needs and cultural diversity.Partner with patients and families, utilizing effective communication and setting patient goals to guide care.Coordinate safe, quality care through interdisciplinary collaboration, timely documentation, and fostering a respectful environment.Support performance improvement initiatives, research, and evidence-based practice to enhance patient outcomes.Participate in professional development, serve as a preceptor/mentor, and uphold organizational policies and standards.Contribute to protocol development and resource management, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements. Qualifications & Skills Associates Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.Current RN license, BLS, and ACLS certifications.Minimum of 1 year direct patient care experience preferred.Strong communication, interpersonal, critical thinking, and time management skills.Proficiency in technology and basic computer skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies respectfully and decisively.
