Registered Nurse (RN) Night Shift
About the role
Join our team as a Registered Nurse (Night Shift) where you’ll evaluate patients, create care plans, and communicate with patients, their families, and the care team to ensure every patient receives quality care. You’ll serve as the driver of our care team, committed to creating meaningful patient experiences.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team
- Drive the care team to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a Registered Nurse
- 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 80-100 lbs
- Ability to bear the weight of an average adult effectively
