Registered Nurse (RN) Night Shift
About the role
Join our Upstate Community Hospice House as a Registered Nurse (RN) on the full-time night shift (7pm-7am). We are seeking compassionate registered nurses who prioritize meaningful patient experiences. In this role, you will evaluate patients, create care plans, and communicate with patients, their families, and the care team to ensure quality care. You will serve as the driver of our care team, ensuring every patient receives the attention and support they need.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team
- Lead and coordinate the care team to deliver quality hospice care
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a Registered Nurse
- 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 80-100 lbs
- Ability to bear the weight of an average adult effectively
