Registered Nurse (RN) - New Graduate
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and competent care to patients in a variety of settings including inpatient, outpatient, and emergency.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans according to established protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and education to maintain and enhance clinical skills.
- May assist in covering various shifts and overtime as needed.
Requirements
- Licensure: Current Missouri RN License OR Compact RN License (New Graduates welcome to apply).
- Educational Background: BSN preferred.

- New graduates who are pre or post NCLEX are encouraged to apply.

Skills
Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential. Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems is required. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities are also important.
