About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) - New Graduate to join our team in behavioral health units, including adult, geriatric, and adolescent populations.
Responsibilities
- Providing safe, competent patient care through assessment, planning, and direct nursing interventions.
- Supervising staff to ensure appropriate delegation of nursing tasks.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatry, social workers, and counselors.
- Participating in specialized training such as Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI).
- Contributing to a supportive environment that fosters professional growth and development.
Qualifications and skills
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program or current enrollment with a graduation within 12 months.
- Current licensure, certification, or registration as required by law, including CPR.
- Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to various shifts and patient needs.
