The position offers a comprehensive 12-month new graduate program focused on developing clinical and critical thinking skills, with hands-on experience across different shifts and patient populations.
Responsibilities
- Providing safe, competent patient care
- Assessing, planning, and implementing nursing interventions
- Supervising staff delegation
Qualifications
- Recent graduates or current students with a graduation date within six months
- Licensed or registered to practice
- CPR certified
- Must pass a background check and health screening, including drug testing
- Vaccination proof or exemptions may be required per law
