About the role
Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a night shift in a behavioral health setting.
Responsibilities
- Providing safe, competent patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Assessing, planning, and implementing direct nursing care for assigned patients.
- Supervising staff to whom nursing care is delegated.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program or current nursing student with graduation expected within 12 months.
- Valid licensure, certification, or registration as required by law; CPR certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on mental health safety, stability, and empowerment.
- Opportunities for externships and a comprehensive 12‑month new graduate program.
- Training in de‑escalation and Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI).
- Collaborative team environment including psychiatry, medical NPs, social workers, and counselors.
