About the Role
Our inpatient rehabilitation hospital is committed to providing exceptional and compassionate care to best address the medical, physical, emotional, and vocational challenges for individuals with brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, orthopedic issues, amputation, and multiple trauma.
In collaboration with the physician and your preceptor, you will ensure implementation of the assessment plan, evaluation, and follow-up of the plan of care for the patient population.
Responsibilities
- Initiate an ongoing systematic assessment of the physical, emotional, social, educational, and functional needs of the patients/families.
- Interpret assessment data and information to develop a nursing care plan which contains problem identification, nursing diagnosis, nursing orders, approaches, interventions, short/long-term goals, and discharge planning.
- Participate as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of rehabilitation goals.
- Ensure documents in the medical record are complete, factual, accurate, and timely.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited program for registered nursing.
- Valid State RN License is required (applicants may apply before being licensed but must have a license upon start date).
- BLS required at hire.
- Must have flexibility of scheduling to complete the requirements of the program.
- Post-offer employment testing (POETs) is completed as part of the onboarding process before the first day of work.

Pay
Now offering rates from $40/hr to $54/hr, determined based on years of experience.
Sign-on bonus: $10,000 for Days, $15,000 for Nights.
