Registered Nurse (RN) - Mother Baby (Full-Time Nights)

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Mother Baby, providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a clinical environment. Responsibilities: Perform the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) using evidence-based practices; deliver relationship-based, culturally competent care; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams; participate in performance improvement and research activities; mentor and serve as preceptor for staff and students; develop protocols to improve patient outcomes; ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and safety standards.
