Registered Nurse (RN) - Mother Baby (Full-Time Nights)

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Mother Baby, providing high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care in a clinical environment. Responsibilities Include Performing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices.Delivering relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations and cultural needs.Partnering with patients and families through communication, education, and shared decision-making.Coordinating interdisciplinary team efforts to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality care.Supporting performance improvement initiatives and participating in research and evidence-based practice.Mentoring and serving as a preceptor for other nursing staff and students.Ensuring compliance with organizational policies, legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards. Qualifications And Skills Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).Active nursing license and required certifications: BLS, NRP, and RN licensure (single-state or multi-state).Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience.Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Proficiency with technology and basic computer skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating critical thinking and decisiveness.
