Registered Nurse (RN) - Mother Baby (Full-Time Nights)

This role is for a Registered Nurse (RN) - Mother Baby working night shifts, dedicated to providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care in a clinical environment. As a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team, the RN performs the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, utilizing evidence-based practices. They foster relationships with patients and families, ensuring culturally sensitive care and effective communication. Key responsibilities include coordinating care, promoting teamwork, supporting performance improvement initiatives, mentoring colleagues, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards such as TJC and regulatory requirements. Qualifications include a minimum of an Associate's or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), active RN licensure, and certifications in BLS and NRP or equivalent. Candidates must have at least 2 years of direct patient care experience, strong communication skills, proficiency in technology, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
